What no Sipsi?

The energy and style that Elden and Carolyn started this track with sounded like it needed to have a sipsi on it. I asked Carolyn if she brought one, during this recording session, and she replied “no” in response I said ”What no Sipsi?“ hence the title.
The sipsi is a clarinet-like, single-rand native to the Aegean region of Greece and Turkey. The word sipsi is possibly onomatopoeic.
